A.1. Sick leave should start Monday when they suspected he had the virus.

A.2. He should not be allowed to come back to work until they have received the test results.

A.3. If it turns out he does not have COVID now, but later contracts COVID, the total hours he receives should not exceed 80.

A.4. The EEOC guidance states an employer can refuse to allow someone to come to work if they refuse to take the test. They can do this in order to provide for the safety of other employees.
