As to what form it is delivered in, it can be via a file attached to an email or downloaded to a flash drive or CD. If downloaded to a flash drive/CD, the District should, as a security best practice, use their own blank flash drive/CD rather than using one provided by the requestor.

The District may wish to convey to the requestor that it will be easier and faster to send the requested record through an email with the file attached and do so if the requestor agrees to receive it that way.
