Public employees can take the one hour of required annual ethics training on the Board of Ethics’ website at the following link: https://eap.ethics.la.gov/EthicsTraining/login.aspx
Political subdivisions are now required under R.S. 42:1170(C)(4) to designate an ethics liaison to assist in providing/coordinating training and information from the Board of Ethics to its agency’s employees. Political Subdivision Ethics Liaisons have additional authority to provide training to the employees of their agency, once approved by the Board of Ethics.
