R.S. 44:4(6) exempts records, writings, accounts, letters, letter books, photographs, or copies or memoranda thereof in the custody or control of the LLA from disclosure under the Public Records Law. Any allegations or complaints become part of the audit work papers of the LLA and are maintained as confidential.
