Yes, new notice is required.

R.S. 42:19(A)(2) requires all public bodies, other than the legislature and its committees and subcommittees, to either (1) post written notice of their meetings (at their principal office or, if no principal office exists, at the place the meeting is held) or (2) publish notice of the meeting in the official journal no less than 24 hours, exclusive of weekends and holidays, before the scheduled time of the meeting. Additionally, if the public has a website, the notice must also be posted on their website no less than 24 hours, exclusive of weekends and holidays, before the scheduled time of the meeting.
