As public entities may not amend their posted agendas within 24 hours of the posted meeting, the Open Meetings Law provides that additional items may be added to an agenda by a unanimous vote of all members present at the meeting.
In this situation, the board should convene its meeting and a motion should be made to add the items to the agenda. Upon a unanimous vote of those present, the board may then take up the new agenda items.
The minutes of the meeting should reflect the motion and unanimous vote to add the agenda items.
