No, public funds may not be utilized to pay an individual’s fine levied by the Ethics Board. See AG Op. No. 10-0290 and AG Op. No. 96-0152.
Further, any private funds of the charter school that have been commingled with the public funds of the entity shall be subject to the same prohibition
